For anyone that has experienced rejection (hint: all of us), I highly recommend listening to the Dead Eyes podcast.

It's a detective story....well, no it's journey of self discovery...well, actually it's a tale of perseverance, confidence, and humor in the face career adversity.

Well worth the time and my strong advice is start from the beginning.

The ending, which all great stories hold most important, is quite a pay off.
